We’re exploring an AI receptionist that could handle initial calls, explain that it is an automated assistant and pass a clear message to your business.

WHAT WE’RE EXPLORING
Proposed call handling for routine enquiries when you cannot answer. Availability and routing would be agreed for each business.
Potential to gather the caller’s name, contact number, location and reason for calling, with appropriate privacy information.
A proposed call summary and handover process, so you can decide the next step when you are available.
We’ll explore escalation rules and what the assistant must not promise, including prices, attendance and confirmed appointments.
EXAMPLE ONLY
An illustration of the intended experience, not a live assistant.
“You’re speaking with an automated assistant for the business.”
Ask what the caller needs and how the business can contact them.
Provide the business with a summary for follow-up. No attendance or response time is promised.
In development. Telephone numbers, call allowances, operating hours, integrations and pricing are not yet confirmed. This is not an emergency service. Booking, recording and transcription arrangements would need explicit agreement before any pilot.
The intended role is an initial response and message handover. You remain responsible for assessing the work and confirming prices, appointments and commitments. The final capabilities will depend on development and pilot testing.
