Your choice of our trade templates, adapted to your branding; mobile and desktop layouts; light editing of your supplied wording; up to 12 supplied photos; page titles and descriptions; and connection to your domain. Basic privacy information using your supplied business details is included outside the marketing page count.

A revision round is one consolidated list of changes within the agreed brief. New layouts, extra pages, original copywriting and new functionality are quoted separately. Search setup is not a promise of rankings or enquiries.

Your own hosting

No RoundMate monthly fee

We provide the site files and one launch on a compatible hosting account you supply. You pay your provider directly and manage ongoing hosting and maintenance.

Essential care

£25/month

Managed hosting, HTTPS, uptime monitoring, daily backups retained for 30 days and a monthly maintenance check. Content changes are charged separately.

£300 for 12 months. Monthly rolling, 30 days’ notice to cancel.

Care & updates

£45/month

Everything in Essential, plus up to 30 minutes of text or image changes each month. Unused time does not roll over; new pages and features are extra.

£540 for 12 months. Monthly rolling, 30 days’ notice to cancel.

Existing layout, up to 600 supplied words and four supplied images.

Additional changes: £50/hour
30-minute minimum. Estimate agreed before work starts.

Booking, payments or online shop: quoted separately
Third-party subscriptions and transaction fees are extra.

Domain and business email: provider price
Registered in your name and paid directly to your provider.

50% to begin, with the balance due after approval and before launch. Your website files are handed over once the build is paid in full; third-party assets and services remain subject to their own licences.

Care covers normal brochure websites; bespoke systems need a separate agreement. On cancellation, arrange replacement hosting before the plan ends. We provide your site files without an exit fee. No ongoing marketing, business email, domain fees or paid software subscriptions are included in care.

How much does a website cost?

Starter is £450 for one page, Business is £750 for up to three pages, and Showcase is £1,050 for up to five pages. No VAT is added. Hosting is separate: choose optional care from £25/month or arrange your own suitable hosting. Domains and third-party subscriptions are extra, agreed before purchase.

Can I use my existing domain?

Tell us which domain you have and where it is managed. We’ll check the setup and agree how to connect it.

Will it look exactly like the example?

The examples are a starting point. Your branding, services, photographs and business details make the finished site yours.

What if I don’t have photos or reviews yet?

We can plan the content around what you have. We won’t invent customer reviews, qualifications or completed work.

Who owns the website, and who updates it?

We’ll agree ownership, access, hosting and update arrangements in your proposal, so you know what is included.
