Dry-clean-only garments, duvets, bulky items and specialist stain treatment need a separate conversation.

Does wash & fold include ironing?

No. In this example it covers washing, drying and folding suitable everyday clothing. Pressed items use the separate ironing service.

Can I mix colours and fabrics in one load?

Sorting and washing instructions must be agreed with the business. Items needing different temperatures or separate treatment may require additional loads.

How quickly will I get everything back?

A return window should be agreed before booking, based on the items, care required and availability. This demo does not promise a same-day or next-day service.

Can I book a collection here?

This is a fictional RoundMate showcase. The basket is interactive, but no order, payment or collection request is sent.
